Spiced Gouda

This cheese dates back to the 6 Century when it was made on small farms around the village of Gouda.  It’s firm, smooth, supple, sweet and fruity with a scattering of small holes.  Cumin seeds are added to the younger Goudas to make Spiced Gouda. Uses: Table cheese, sandwiches.  VEGETARIAN  RENNET
